maple syrup

muslin cloth

ritz cracker

strawberry/kiwi/blueberry filling

2 mixing bowl

1st.mix the yogurt with maple syrup to enhanced the smell of the product

stir until well the other bowl,put themuslin cloth covered it

the,add yogurt mixture on it

3.Then,hang up the muslin cloth to filtered the yogurt from yogurt water

4.Tie the muslin cloth with string than hang the mixture for about 3 days

in chiller.

After 3 days the cheese is ready to serve with any crackers

1.Spread the cheese on crackers well

2.To make the cheese more attractful,decorate it with any filling.

-taste of the product are more towards to the taste of the crackers.

-the cheese need to filtered well until no moisture at all

-moisture of the cheese contribute the bad effect to the crackers

4th product test@innovation class

INGREDIENTS-fresh cucumber 6nos
-milk powder 6Tbsp
-fresh milk 2Liter
-plain yogurt 3nos
-sugar 5Tbsp


1.First,wash the cucumber
2.After the cucumber washed,peel the skin and take out the seed off

3.Chunk the cucumber to blend.

4.In the other side,prepare a pot and heat it for about 2 minutes.
Pour in fresh milk,and rapidly stir it5.Add in milk powder,stir it well
Let the milk start to boil..

After the milk boil for about 2 minutes,put the pot top of the ice.
6.After the pot cold,put it on oven for about 4 ho

7.After the milk start to thick@yogurt,take out from the oven.

Lastly,arrange the yogurt by cucumber juice as the based,
than sugar syrup in the midle
and yogurt top of the tupperware.

3rd innovation test@cucumber test 10MARCH2010


LEMON 5nos
1st step:Wash and peel of the cucumber skin

2step:Pull out the cucumber seeds using small spoon

3rd step:Ready a pot then heat it for about 5minute
Than pour in 1 Litre of fresh milk

4th step :Add in 125ml of maple syrup

5th step:While waiting for the fresh milk start to thick
ready the cucumber.
Chunk 2 1/2 of the cucumber.
and rest of the cucumber fr blend.
6th step:Peel the lemon skin

7th step:Back to the pot,after the milk start to boiling,
we add all starter yogurt and stir well

8th step:Blend all 2 1/2 of cucumber
the cucumber juice and the zest
is put in different mixing bowl

9th step:Add in 10tbsp of milk powder

10th step:Then add in group of slice lemon skin
11th step:Add in all the cucumber juice into the pot
12th step:Fresh Lemon juice is add on into the pot

LAST STEP:We ended our test by filtered the yogurt for about an hour until
we get the zest+yogurt fromm the filter.

TASTE:The taste of cucumber is less than the smell and taste of lemon and maple
COLOUR:Creamy white
TEXTURE:The texture is so rough.
We need improvise the product by blend it smoothly in next time
